Parent Involvement

Your involvement in your child’s education is key in their success.  There are many ways to be involved and we call these our Parent Pathways.  Please consider at least ONE pathway and get involved at Cheltenham:

CSC: Do you like to help make decisions about your school? CSC is responsible for budget, overseeing school performance, and other school wide decisions.

Day Volunteers: Help teachers with classroom organization, field trips, etc. Work as many or as few hours as your schedule will allow.

  • Contact Yuri Frias, Family and Community Liaison, to start the application process to become a volunteer.

School Event Volunteer: If you cannot volunteer in the day, we would love your help to prepare and set up for family events that take place in the evening.

Field Trip Volunteer: Any parent that wishes to attend a field trip with their child must complete the application process to become a volunteer.  Teachers will notify you if they are in need of volunteers for the field trip
